Adopt-a-Martin sign up form instructions - Please Read

1. To symbolically adopt a martin, you must fill out the form below.  For 2022, we have 10 geolocators that need sponsors. If we exceed 10 gold sponsors for 2022, please note you will be sponsoring a geolocator bird for the 2023 season. We have to purchase these units in advance so the more support we recieve, the more units we can buy for 2023!

2. Select your sponsor level and press the "Donate" button to pay via paypal. Please donate before submitting the form.

 

3. Please note that your materials (i.e. cards and certificates) will not be mailed out until after the Purple Martin breeding season is complete (it's a busy time for us with banding all the babies and managing the program so we appreciate you understanding!).
